The vision of G60 is…
Everyone aged 60 years and older who has experienced traumatic injury will receive patient-centered aggressive care to optimize recovery. Strategies for achieving our vision include:

Increasing public awareness of the changing demographics and the associated increased trauma risks to patients aged 60 and older through education, social media and advocacy.

Expanding the knowledge base of professionals through education, research, protocols, and by promoting aggressive care for G60 trauma patients.

Building effective collaborative partnerships with organizations, institutions, government agencies, private donors and individuals who will raise or donate money to support G60 Programs.

Developing an evaluative plan to assess the desired outcome of aggressive care using the G60 modalities.

G60 Trauma exists to optimize the recovery of people aged 60 years or older who have experienced a traumatic injury. We do this by aggressively treating traumatic injuries with a multidisciplinary approach incorporating the Biopsychosocial Model. Additionally, we strive to increase public awareness by building collaborative partnerships and measuring our process outcomes through research and publications.
